The most important road in Pomerania is Motorway A1 which will connect the Scandinavian countries with southern Europe. Also other national roads are of significance: S7 (Gdańsk-Warsaw-Cracow) and S6 (Gdańsk-Szczecin). In the future, they will be significantly widened, which will increase their traffic capacity and road quality.
